The constant control of the supply chain and the respect of traditions allow us to produce Umbrian cold cuts and specialties which are capable of satisfying even the most demanding consumers.



Our main purpose is to offer our clients excellent cured meats. The use of the best meats coming from pigs raised in Italy, together with the 50 years experience gained in this sector and the support of new technologies which help guarantee the respect of hygienic standard are the key factors behind our products.
